FAVEO LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Faveo collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile details, and account role.
- Google sign-in information. If you choose Google login, we receive the basic profile information you authorize, typically your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Purchase and support activity, including completed orders, Support Score and ranking history, refunds, access, and delivery status.
- Payment records. Payment processors handle full payment credentials; Faveo keeps transaction references needed to confirm purchases, issue refunds, and calculate creator payouts.
- Creator content and files offered for sale, together with delivery and download records.
- Private-circle messages and media, prior-month confirmed-contribution eligibility snapshots, invitation delivery records, and the points gap shown to fans ranked 11–20.
- Technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, security events, and usage logs.
- Page and purchase conversion information, including an anonymous browser identifier, visit identifier, referral hostname, UTM source and medium, checkout starts, successful payments, and confirmed support. Conversion reporting does not store a raw IP address. Public analytics abuse controls use a secret-salted, irreversible network identifier instead.
- Creator invitation activity, including send, approximate email-open, tracked-link click, sign-in, profile, payout setup, content creation, and publication milestones. Email opens are inferred from a small image and may be affected by image blocking or privacy proxies.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide creator and fan dashboards.
- Process content purchases, calculate Support Scores and rankings, provide access, deliver private download links, and process eligible refunds and creator payouts.
- Send service messages about purchases, delivery, refunds, Private Circles, and account security, subject to applicable preferences and limits.
- Calculate monthly private-circle eligibility, verify access when a member enters, deliver new-member invitations, and tell ranks 11–20 their distance from the Top 10 cutoff.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce platform rules, troubleshoot failures, and improve Faveo.
- Measure purchase and creator-acquisition funnels so creators and Faveo can understand which sources and onboarding steps are effective.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment-network, and regulatory obligations.
3. Google user data
Faveo uses Google user data only to let you sign in, create or connect your Faveo account, display the profile information you choose to share, and keep that account secure. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google services through this login flow.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. When information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate Faveo: with infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, analytics, fraud-prevention, and payment providers; with creators or buyers where necessary to complete purchases and deliver content; during a business transaction; or when required by law or needed to protect people, rights, and the service. Public monthly and lifetime rankings show a display name, points, and rank. Private-circle messages are visible to that month’s eligible members and the creator.
Service providers may process information only for the services they perform for us and under appropriate contractual and security obligations.
5. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and entitlement records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Faveo and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings; doing so does not automatically delete your Faveo account or records we must retain.
To request help with your account or privacy rights, contact us at justinzreal00@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Age limits and changes
Faveo is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the product or law changes and will post the revised date here; material changes may also be communicated through the service.
