FAVEO LEGAL

Terms of Service

These terms govern fixed-price digital works, email delivery, Support Scores, rankings, Private Circles, refunds, fees, referrals, and creator payouts.

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Faveo. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login methods, and all activity under your account. Do not share access or impersonate another person.

2. Works, purchases, and availability

Creators may publish digital works at a fixed price and choose when each work goes on sale and whether it remains available for two weeks, one month, or without an automatic expiry. The creator’s permanent page may remain available after an individual work leaves sale.

A purchase applies only to the identified work. After successful payment, Faveo sends private download links to the email supplied at checkout. Buyers are responsible for providing a working email address, keeping delivery links private, and downloading files before a link expires.

3. Support Scores and rankings

Each completed purchase adds its paid amount in points to the buyer’s creator-specific Support Score. Current-month and all-time Top 10 boards may display fan names, ranks, and points, with the Top 3 highlighted. Ties are resolved using confirmed support timing and stable account identifiers.

Creators and Faveo platform operators may not purchase their own works or enter their own fan rankings. Faveo may void, remove, or correct points linked to refunds, disputes, fraud, insider activity, or coordinated manipulation.

4. Refunds, cancellations, and payouts

Completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable. Faveo may refund or reverse a purchase when delivery fails, a promised work is unavailable or materially misdescribed, fraud is suspected, law requires it, or the payment provider resolves a dispute in the buyer’s favor.

Faveo’s standard platform fee is 5% of the purchase price. The creator also bears Stripe’s actual payment-processing cost attributable to that purchase, without an additional Faveo markup. Refunds, disputes, tax, currency conversion, reserves, and other stated adjustments may further reduce or delay creator proceeds. Eligible funds are released only after delivery and a 7-day review period, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

During Faveo’s founding-creator referral promotion, a referral activates only after the referred creator completes a first successful paid order. Faveo then grants both the referring and referred creator a waiver of the 5% platform fee on up to $1,000 of eligible sales. The waiver applies only to Faveo’s platform fee: creators continue to bear Stripe processing at actual cost. Referral credits have no cash value, are not transferable, may be revoked for refunds, fraud, self-referrals, coordinated activity, or abuse, and may be changed or ended for future referrals.

Creators must complete Stripe identity, bank-account, tax, and compliance verification before receiving funds. Faveo may hold a payout while information is missing, a refund or dispute is open, delivery is incomplete, or payment-provider or legal review is required. Faveo handles supporter refunds and payment disputes, and may reverse, offset, or delay related creator transfers where permitted by the creator agreement and applicable law.

4A. Lifetime rankings and private circles

Confirmed purchases accumulate into a creator-specific long-term Support Score. Public creator pages may show the current month’s Top 10 and the all-time Top 10, including fan display names, points, and rank. Disputed, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed purchases do not count.

A creator may optionally enable a Private Circle. When enabled, the previous calendar month’s Top 10 supporters and the creator may enter the next month’s group chat. Messages and uploaded media must follow these terms, and Faveo may remove content or restrict access for safety, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

5. Creator responsibilities and content

Creators keep ownership of their content but grant Faveo the limited rights needed to store, display, secure, sell, and deliver it. Creators must own or have permission to use every uploaded asset and must comply with applicable law, payment-provider rules, and Faveo policies. Content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual material, infringement, fraud, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Work descriptions must accurately state what the buyer receives. Faveo does not promise customized content, permanent download-link access, exclusivity across the internet, or a particular level of creator income unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not manipulate rankings, abuse refunds, use stolen payment methods, scrape or disrupt the service, evade access controls, redistribute purchased works without permission, introduce malicious code, or use Faveo to violate another person’s rights. We may investigate, suspend, limit, or terminate activity that threatens users, creators, payment systems, or the platform.

7. Availability and liability

Faveo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific ranking, creator earnings, fan participation, or the continued availability of any work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faveo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or safety changes. The revised date will appear here, and material changes may be announced through the service. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
